Allianz decided to invest in the podcast format to make it available to its employees.
Over the years, the objectives have evolved. But whether to inform, entertain or engage employees, each challenge has found its own format.

- The1st season takes the form of a series of interviews with Allianz project managers.
The aim of these exchanges between employees is to highlight the actions implemented around the various strategic projects defined by Allianz France.
- For the2nd season, Allianz has opted for a docu-drama: a 5-episode event format, in which we follow a spontaneous, quirky and energetic investigator, who goes into the heart of the company to talk to employees.
- Season 2 is completed by a monthly column for Allianz France employees . The idea behind this short format is to cover Group news in the style of a press review, compiling voice notes from employees. All subjects are covered: internal events, project progress and best practices to adopt!

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
